Our Commitment to Social Responsibility

Kiyokawa's approach to sustainability is guided by our mission of "Expanding the world with original skills." We are dedicated to upholding the following principles and expect our suppliers to do the same, referencing the JEITA Responsible Business Conduct Guidelines (March 2020):

Legal Compliance and International Norms
We adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in every country and region where we operate, and we respect international codes of conduct.
Human Rights and Labor
We are committed to upholding human rights, prohibiting forced labor, child labor, and inhumane treatment. We ensure fair wages, reasonable working hours, and a safe, harassment-free workplace that respects diversity and personal space.
Health and Safety
We identify and mitigate occupational safety risks, prepare for emergencies, and provide appropriate safety training. We manage hazardous substances, machinery, and physically demanding tasks to protect our employees' well-being.
Environment
We operate in accordance with environmental regulations, striving to reduce energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, and water usage. We promote the 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) to minimize waste and responsibly manage chemical substances and product content.
Fair Business Practices and Ethics
We uphold the highest ethical standards, prohibiting bribery, corruption, and fraud. We respect intellectual property, ensure fair competition, and protect whistleblower confidentiality. We also conduct due diligence on conflict minerals to prevent human rights abuses and environmental damage.
Quality and Safety
We design, manufacture, and sell products that meet safety standards and customer requirements, providing accurate and transparent information.
Information Security
We implement robust cybersecurity measures and protect personal and confidential information entrusted to us.
Business Continuity Planning
We identify and assess business risks, develop business continuity plans (BCP), and implement preventative measures to minimize disruptions.
Management System Establishment
We have established a comprehensive management system to ensure adherence to these guidelines.
